Join us for the first Wellness Wednesday of the year!
In this Wellness Wednesday session, we will talk about the power of setting intentions. We will discuss how our thoughts create our reality and explore how we can tap into our full potential to align with our purpose and passion.
We will begin with a short yoga practice to activate and loosen the body, followed by a short discussion. We then move into a guided meditation/visualisation technique to focus on setting our intentions. You will leave feeling energised, focused and inspired.
